摘要
试验在设计的处理能力为1t/h的多管回转式煤调湿半工业化试验装置中进行,煤粉干燥介质为焦炉烟道废气,试验考查了烟气耗量、烟气温度、滚筒转速和煤粉湿度对煤调湿效果的影响。结果表明:在吨煤粉烟气耗量2 000m3、烟气入口温度245℃、滚筒驱动电机频率40Hz、煤粉湿度12%的条件下,通过煤调湿处理,煤粉湿度降低到6.7%,能够满足炼焦生产对煤粉湿度的要求,取得了最佳煤调湿效果。
The pilot test was carried out in a multi-tube rotary type coal moisture control equipment.Coal drying medium is flue gas from the coke oven.The influences of the flue gas consumption,the flue gas temperature,rotational speed of drum and coal humidity on coal drying results were investigated,respectively.The results show that the coal humidity can decrease to 6.7% after coal moisture control on the conditions of flue gas consumption 2 000 m3 per ton coal,flue gas temperature 245 ℃,motor frequency of the drum 40 Hz and initial coal humidity 12%.It can get the best results and satisfy the coal humidity requirements of coke produce.
