摘要
以含铁尘泥中的碳作为还原剂,配制成具有自还原特性的尘泥球团。利用铁水倒罐后的鱼雷罐余热使尘泥球预热,在出铁后发生自还原反应,实现循环回收而不影响钢铁冶炼生产。这种方法可以很好地回收尘泥中的铁资源,目前在鞍钢已经得到了比较广泛的应用。近期少数鱼雷罐出现泡沫渣现象,影响了鱼雷罐正常铁水的倒罐速度。通过理论分析和实验验证,总结得出了泡沫渣形成的主要原因和控制方法。
The pellet containing carbon,which could be self-reduced using the carbon as reductant,was made from the dust and mud in iron and steel industry.The dust and mud pellets were warmed-up by the residual heat in torpedo ladle,and then self-deoxidization processes of the pellets were carried out after accepting the hot metal.Ferric in dust and mud was recycled,which had no effect on steel-making.This method has been widely used in Ansteel.Recently,a few foaming slag,which affected the routine,was found in some torpedo ladle.The reasons of the formation of foaming slag and the control methods were summarized through both theory analysis and experiments.
