摘要
某加氢改质装置加热炉出口管道仪表引出管发生了泄漏,采用成分分析、力学性能试验、金相组织分析、扫描电镜等方法,对裂纹微观形貌特征和腐蚀产物进行研究,分析了裂纹形成、扩展到开裂的机理,并给出了预防失效的措施。
The failure analysis on fractures of HUG furnace lead-out instrument pipeline was brought with methods and technology of material composition, mechanics property, metallogra phy as well as fracture SEM. Mechanistic study on cracks occurrence, expand and fractures was provided according to fracture pattern and corrosion product etc. Safety precaution measures were given to prevent failure.
