"幸福感"是全国两会上最振奋人心也是最令人憧憬的词语,温总理在与网友交流时,总理回答的第一个问题,就是阐述什么是"幸福感",如何让引领人民群众走向幸福的领导干部尤其是县及以下的基层干部能够感受到幸福感,这对提升人民群众的幸福感至关重要,因此关注与探讨基层干部的幸福感就成为我们面临的又一重要课题。
