Thinking on that transnational Corporation Enter Upon Occupying Institution of R&D In China

本文认为跨国公司在华R&D投资是跨国设立R&D新型合作形式的成功经验与中国改革开放的政策全面实施相结合的产物 ;是面对高新技术产业发展的全球化趋势和中国高新技术产业迅速崛起的一种选择。面对跨国公司在华R&D投资的机遇和挑战 ,我们必须加强探索推进我国高新技术产业化步伐的战略、规划、机制问题。

This paper proposes that transnational corporations' investing R&D in China is the result from linking successful experience of new pattern cooperation on transnational establishment R&D with over-all implemented policy of reforming and opening of China, and is the selection of globe tendency of New & High-tech industry development and Chinese New & High-tech industry rapid rise. Facing opportunity and Challenge of transnational corporation investing R&D, we must strengthen to explore the problems of strategy, programme and mechanism, and accelerate the development of Chinese New & High-tech industry.
