富马酸酯共聚物的合成表征及降凝降粘作用 被引量:11

摘要 以对-甲苯磺酸为催化剂,甲苯为溶剂,直接酯化法制备了富马酸双十八醇酯单体和富马酸双混合醇酯单体,游离基事合成了富马酸双十八醇酯与醋酸乙烯酯的共聚物P(DOF-CO-VA)及富马酸双混合醇酯与醋酸乙烯酯的共聚物P(DBF-CO-VA)。单体及共聚物用IR、^1H-NMR等进行了表征。同时考察了共聚物对几种高蜡、高粘原油及渣油的降凝、降粘作用。 Dialkylfumarate-dioctadecyl fumarate and dibehenyl fumarate were synthesized by direct esterification of acid and alcohol. Dioctadecyl fumarate-vinyl acetate copolymer and dibehenyl fu- marate-vinyl acetate copolymer were obtained by free radical copolymerization with BPO as initiator. The structure of monomer and copolymer were confirmed by IR and ~1H-NMR. The obtained copolymers can be used as pour-point depressants for viscos oil and residue oil.
