多流中间罐防下挠装置的设计开发与应用

摘要 通过对多流中间罐在连浇生产过程中发生下挠变形原因的机制分析,针对该现象,经过理论分析、现场调研以及技术交流,在中间罐车上设计开发了一种新型结构装置。该设计装置的应用可有效地解决中间罐的下挠变形问题;满足多炉连浇的生产要求;大大降低中间罐耐材的使用成本;为企业创造可观的经济价值。 By analyzing the mechanism of the down deflection causes on multi-strand tundish in the production of continuous casting, and by means of theoretical analysis, site survey and technical communication, a new kind of structure device was developed on the tundish. Then the problem of down deflection on tundish can be resolved ;the requirement of multi-furnace continuous casting can be fulfilled~ the use-cost of refractory of tundish can be greatly reducedl and the considerable economic value for the corporation has been created.
