HPER的制备及在NR中的应用研究

摘要 首先对季戊四醇(PER)进行超支化有机改性,然后采用磷酸封端,制得磷系阻燃剂——超支化季戊四醇(HPER)。采用共混法制备了天然橡胶(NR)/HPER复合材料,研究了其阻燃和物理机械性能。结果表明,与未添加阻燃剂的NR相比,NR/HPER复合材料的水平燃烧时间得到延长,同时其硬度降低,拉伸强度与断裂伸长率有着不同程度的提高。 Pentaerythritol was modified by hyper-branched technology and was endcapped with phosphate, and thus phosphorus type of flame-retardant agent, hyper-branched pentaerythritol (HPER), was obtained. Natural rubber (NR)/HPER composites were prepared by blending methods, and their flame-retardant and physico-mechanical properties were studied. Results showed that the horizontal burning time of NR/HPER composites was prolonged, their hardness was decreased, tensile strength,and elongation at break were improved compared with that of pure NR composite.
