心率变异性与血脂异常、糖代谢紊乱的关系 被引量：7

摘要 心率变异性（heart rate variability,HRV）是长程动态心电图中分析心率差异性的大小及变化规律,即心动周期之间的时间变异数[1.2]。HRV实质上反映的是神经、体液因素对窦房结的调节作用,即自主神经系统的活性及其平衡协调能力。糖、脂代谢异常可以加重患者自主神经功能紊乱,表现为HRV下降。正常人交感-副交感神经对心脏的支配水平呈现一定的生理波动,
