摘要 [目的]探讨家庭结构化教育对孤独症儿童母亲亲职压力的影响。[方法]50名孤独症儿童接受家庭结构化教育前和教育1年后采用亲职压力指标简表分别对其母亲的亲职压力进行测量。[结果]家庭结构化教育1年后孤独症儿童母亲的亲职压力总分及各维度得分均低于教育前(P<0.01)。[结论]家庭结构化教育可降低孤独症儿童母亲的亲职压力,适合推广用于孤独症儿童的训练。
