前牙牙冠严重缺损一次性修复的疗效分析

Therapeutic Observations on the One-visit Restoration of the Severe Crown Defect of Front Teeth

对前牙牙冠严重缺损者采用一次性药物根管充填 ,制作桩核 ,即时备牙 ,取模、制作金属烤瓷冠 ,从而明显减少了患者就诊天数及时间 .通过 50 7颗牙临床观察 ,总有效率达 92 .70 % .与常规根充后作桩核制作烤瓷冠的 2 54颗牙作对比 ,无统计学差别 .分析探讨了烤瓷冠的临床操作要点 .

Therapeutic effectiveness was observed on the restoration of the severe crown defect of the front teeth when treated with baked porcelain crown after one visit filling of the tooth root. The method was proved to be easy to practise. Of the 507 cases treated, the effectiveness rate was 92.70%. There was no statistical difference between those cases and other 254 cases that were treated by baked porcelain crown after routine cannel treatment. Discusions were made on the indication and contradictions.
