摘要
制造质量工程是先进制造业中最为重要的一环。它解决产品的在线质量控制,是生产过程中的质量保证与质量控制的原理、方法和技术。它的研究目标是提高产品的制造质量和市场竞争力。测试计量学科的任务就是为先进制造业和国民经济重大课题服务,提高现代制造质量工程的水平。本课题研究现代制造质量控制、溯源中的几个关键性测试计量技术方法和基础理论。研究的侧重点是它们的基础性、创新性和系统性,兼顾质量管理工程。
The technique of quality engineering is the most important content in the advanced manufacturing. The on line quality control of the products is studied in it, including principles, means and techniques of quality guaranty and control in the production process. The research aim is to improve product competition in the market. The task of measurement subject is to serve the advanced manufacturing and the important in the national economy and also to improve the level of the modern manufacturing quality engineering. This paper considers some key techniques, means and basis theory of measurement in the modern manufacturing quality control and trace to the source. The emphasis of the study are their basis, creativity and systematics as well as quality management engineering.
