摘要
温度是制约热处理性能的主要指标,对热处理炉温度的准确、可靠测量是目前亟待解决的技术问题。本文提出了一种基于多传感器参数估计数据融合的热处理炉温度测量方法,给出数据融合算法。实际应用结果验证了算法的准确性。这种温度数据融合方法计算简便,可以获得比有限个传感器的算术平均值更准确的测量结果,具有较高的可靠性,可用于其它测量结果具有正态分布特性的多传感器测量系统。
The performance of heat treatment is restricted by temperature. At present, it is a technical problem that should be solved immediately for accurately and reliably measuring the temperature of heat treatment. This paper presents a new method of multisensor data fusion for measuring the temperature based on parameter estimation, and gives the data fusion algorithm. The results show that the algorithm is right. It is optimal and more reliably, compared with arithmetic means of finite sensors, and can be used in multisensor systems which the measurement data belong to normal distribution.
