摘要
阐述了汽车空心管类零件半自动冲孔模的设计,采用气动元件控制模具的工作过程,生产实践证明:模具能有效提高零件的生产效率,降低了零件的报废率,保证了零件的质量要求,对同类零件的设计具有一定的参考作用。
The design of a semi-automatic punching die for automobile hollow pipe parts was presented in which the pneumatic units were applied to control the working process of the die. Production practice proved that the productivity of the parts is increased effec- tively, the rejection rate is decreased and the quality requirement is ensured.
