提高纵梁中圆弧形型面装配精度的方法

Method for improving the assembly accuracy of moulded circular surface of longerons

针对纵梁中圆弧形型面装配过程中出现的问题,提出冲压件应达到的尺寸精度要求,根据尺寸精度要求优化冲压工艺和模具结构,对圆弧形型面进行分段整形,优化零件数据结构,对影响零件尺寸精度的结构进行分解和优化,避免负角、不同冲压方向、不同受力方向等问题的出现。

According to the precision requirement for the stamped parts which was pro- posed for the problems emerged in the assembly process of moulded circular surface of longerons, the stamping process and die structure were optimized and the moulded circular surface was reshaped in sections. The parts structure influencing on the accuracy was also optimized to avoid the problems of negative angle and different stamping and loading directions.
