薄筋高速切削受力振动分析与研究

Analysis and research on forced vibration of high-speed cutting of thin rib

摘要 运用有限元法对薄筋进行切削受力模拟分析,以田口试验法规划模拟切削,分析在不同切削条件下工件产生的振动频率与振幅,探讨当薄筋厚度不变时,宽高比与振幅的线性关系以及薄筋的材料刚性与振幅的关系。研究结果表明:在同样的高度、厚度与受力情况下,薄筋宽度越小,工件振幅越大;反之工件振幅越小。 The simulation analysis of thin rib cutting force was made by applying the fmite method in which the taguchi test method was applied to analyze the vibration frequency and magnitude in different cutting conditions. The linear relationship between width height ratio and vibration magnitude as weU as the relationship between material rigid of thin rib and vibration magnitude were discussed in the same thickness of thin rib. The results of the study showed that in conditions of the same height, thickness and force, the smaller the thickness of thin rib, the larger the vibration magnitude of workpiece was, and vice versa.
