两种3M胶带在经股动脉插管造影术后穿刺部位加压包扎中的应用

Application of two kinds of 3M tape in puncture site compression bandage after angiography via the femoral artery

[目的]观察两种3M胶带在经股动脉插管造影术后穿刺部位加压包扎中的应用效果。[方法]将858例行经股动脉插管造影术病人随机分成弹力型组(421例)和泡棉型组(437例),弹力型组使用规格型号为2733-12.5的3M弹力胶带包扎,泡棉型组则使用规格型号为1528-2的3M泡棉加压型胶带包扎。[结果]弹力型组病人血肿或渗血、胶带松动发生率低于泡棉型组(P<0.05);泡棉型组病人皮肤并发症及不舒适感发生率低于弹力型组。[结论]两种3M胶带各有优缺点,术前应准确评估,根据病人具体情况选择合适规格型号的胶带固定可减少并发症、保证病人舒适。

Objective：To observe the applied effect of two kinds of 3M tape in puncture site compression bandage after angiography via the femoral ar- tery. Methods：A total of 858 patients undergoing angiography via the fem- oral artery were randomly divided into elastic- type group （421 cases） and a foam - type group （437 cases） ,elastic type group cases used 2733 - 12.5 specifications of 3M elastic tape bandage for package,foam type group ca- ses used 1528 - 2 specifications of 3M foam pressure - type tape for band- age. Results. The incidence of hematoma or bleeding and tape loose in elas- tic group patients were lower than that of control group（P（0.05）;the in- cidence of skin complications and discomfort of patients in foam - type group was lower than that of elastic type group. Conclusion：Two kinds of 3M tapes have advantages and disadvantages,the accurate preoperative as- sessment should be done and according to patients＇ specific circumstances to choose the appropriate specifications of tape for fixing to reduce compli- cations and ensure patients＇ comfort.
