摘要
在pH值为3.00的B-R缓冲溶液中,D-色氨酸均能与6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和激动素(KT)这2种天然细胞分裂素作用并产生不同强度的荧光猝灭信号.首先利用荧光偏振信号计算获得的荧光偏振度(p)和荧光各向异性(r)来区分6-苄基腺嘌呤和激动素这2种天然细胞分裂素,同时利用荧光猝灭信号和双标准曲线计量分析法对2种天然细胞分裂素进行同时测定,并将该方法应用于市售苦瓜和番茄样品表皮中6-苄基腺嘌呤和激动素的同时测定,结果令人满意.
In pH=3.00 B-R buffer solution,D-Trp could react with natural cytokinins of 6-benzylaminourine and kinetin and produced different fluorescence quenching spectra signals.This article first established the degree of fluorescence polarization(p) and the degree of fluorescence anisotropy(r) based on the measurements of the polarized fuorescence signals to distinguish two natural cytokinins of 6-benzylaminourine and kinetin.Simultaneously based on the fuorescence quenching spectra signals and the double standard curve method,a novel method for simultaneous determination of 6-benzylaminourine and kinetin was developed.The method was applied to simultaneous determination of 6-benzylaminourine and kinetin in balsam pear skin and tomato skin with satisfactory results.
