摘要
静态特性问题应用静态田口方法进行设计 ,有时难以获得满意结果 ,通常的解决方法是重选因素或响应并再作实验。这种做法不但增加了实验费用 ,效果也不显著。该文根据动态理论提出了将静态特性问题转化为动态特性问题 ,进而应用动态田口方法进行设计解决方案。该文将此方法应用于塑料联结螺母标准设计 ,收到了良好效果。另外 ,由于此方法可重新利用原有实验数据 。
Sometimes the result is not satisfied when static systems have been designed with Static Taguchi Methods.The general resolution is to re select factors or responses and redo experiments.But this method seems not effective and will lead to the increase of experimental cost.According to dynamic theory,this paper has proposed a new effective method.Namely,those static systems can be designed successfully with Dynamic Taguchi Methods by converting static characteristic to dynamic characteristic.In this paper,as an example,guidelines of plastic design parameters have been designed with this method and a satisfied result has been obtained. In this way,no extra experiments are needed because the original experimental data can be reused.
