摘要
在中国城市快速发展的背景下,特别是人口增长与土地资源成反比的情况下,应对重大灾害,保护人民生命财产安全,建设应急避难场所刻不容缓。以广州市为例,通过对市内各个应急避难场所的分析,提出了建设应急避难场所的几点建议。
Under the circumstances of rapidly-developing cities in China, in light of inverse proportion of population growth and land resources in particular, no time can be lost for the construction of emergency shelters, responding to major disasters and protecting people＇s lives and property. This paper takes Guangzhou as an example, a few suggestions are made through the analysis of all emergency shelters in the city.
