基于颜色特征的喷气燃料银片腐蚀试验结果评价

摘要 传统的喷气燃料银片腐蚀评级方法(军用)存在评级准确度较低、重复性差的问题。针对该问题,提出一种基于颜色特征的银片腐蚀评级方法,开发出银片腐蚀评级软件,并搭建相应的图片获取系统。将该方法用于CIELAB颜色空间,以K均值聚类方式提取腐蚀标准色板及腐蚀银片的特征颜色,再根据距离判断银片腐蚀级别。试验结果表明,该方法与标准目测方法有较好的一致性,能够解决喷气燃料银片腐蚀评级困难的问题并实现腐蚀评级的自动化。 Silver strip test is usually evaluated by color features according to the description or silver strip test standards. The evaluation results are always inaccurate and of bad repetition because of the inhomogeneousness of silver testing strips. In this arti- cle, a new silver strip test evaluation method based on computer image processing technology is proposed. By this method, the color space of the image of silver testing strip obtained by camera is firstly converted from RGB to CIELAB. And then K-means clustering method is used to extract the color features. YLB 15-2003 is adopted to construct the standard color features database. The testing silver strip is compared with the standard color features database and its corrosive level is determined finally. Good consistency between the new automatic evaluation method and the standard method is obtained according to the experimental results.
