摘要
以水提法提取霍山石斛多糖,用壳聚糖进行澄清,采用正交实验确定最佳口感配方;结果表明,霍山石斛多糖提取液浓缩至2mg/ml,用0.12%壳聚糖澄清效果好,最佳配方为:多糖提取液90%,蔗糖4%,蜂蜜4%,柠檬酸0.15%。利用此研究工艺制备的霍山石斛多糖口服液呈淡黄色、均匀透明、口感好,工艺简单。
With water as extraction solvent, Dendrobium huoshanense polysaccharides was extracted, then clarified it with chitosan and determined it's best taste formula by orthogonal experiment. The result showed that polysaccharides extracting solution from Dendrobium huoshanense was concentrated to 2 mg · ml^-1 , the best clarification effect was obtained with 0. 12% chitosan. The best formula of Dendrobium huoshanense polysaccharides oral liquid was as followings: polysaccharide extracting solution 90%, sucrose 4%, honey 4% and citric acid 0. 15%. Dendrobium huoshanense polysaccharide oral liquid we had produced with light yellow, it is not only uniform, transparent and delicious but also its process is simple.
