摘要
通过对实习生进行个案研究,发现实习生进入实习场景前就形成了稳固的教学意象,并在实习中得以保持;实习生于实习前后具有不同的实践原则与实践规则。影响实习生实践性知识发展的因素有生活经验、实践体验、受教经历、师范教育、学生特质、实习场景、教学反思等。研究建议,重视实习生生活史中实践性知识的揭示;营造真实的课堂教学环境,促进实习生实践性知识的发展;提高实习生在现实压力之下根据先进教育理念来发展实践性知识;加强实习生的自我反思能力以发展实践性知识。
With a case study of a student teacher,this research found that student teacher formed a solid teacher’s image before entering the internship scene and maintained it in their educational practice;the student teacher had different practical principle and rule of practice before and after the practice.Factors affecting the development of student teacher’s practical knowledge were their life experiences,practical experience,taught experience,teacher education,student characteristics,practice scene,teaching reflection and so on.This paper suggests that attention should be paid to reveal student teachers life history of the practical knowledge.It is necessary to create a real classroom teaching environment to promote the development of student teachers’ practical knowledge and Improve their practical knowledge and self-reflective ability with advanced educational philosophy and by putting them under the pressure of reality.
