摘要
教师作为课堂教学的主体,是课程文本的最终执行者,其课程执行力是课程目标能否有效落实的关键。因此,教师课程执行力是一个值得关注的问题。它的提高和改进主要受到教师的教师信念、教师惯习、教师情绪、教师知识等方面因素的综合影响。
Being the key part of classroom teaching and the final executor of curriculum text,a teacher ’s capacity can decide whether the curriculum objectives can be effectively implemented.Therefore,it is one problem that deserves to be studied.The improvement of teacher ’s ability is mainly affected by both external and internal factors.This article emphatically analyzes teacher individual internal factors including teachers ’ individual believes,habitus and emotions,which can provide some helpful references for the improving of teachers’ curriculum executive capacity.
