加强陆军部队一线伤员救护体系建设的建议

Suggestion on Augmentation of Rescue System Construction for the First-line Wounded in Army

针对现代局部战争特点和战时不同伤情、数量及救治环境卫勤保障的特点及现状,对一线伤员救护体系建设提出重视救护队伍全面建设、加大救护人员职业培训、完善救护技术管理规范、构建救护考评机制等建议,以期达到一线伤员救护组织管理智能化、医疗后送组织协同化、救护程序规范化、救护措施方案化的要求。

Based on characteristics of modern wars and status of medical support for different injuries, numbers and treatment environment, suggestions including the comprehensive construction of rescue teams, professional medical training, improvement of technical management and the standard evaluation mechanism were given to meet the need of in- telligent first-aid management, collaborative medical evacuation, standard first-aid procedure and programmed rescue measures.
