陆军部队一线伤员救护体系存在问题分析及建议

Problems and Suggestions in Frist-Line Wounded Rescue System in Army

现代战争在作战样式和致伤机制等方面发生的重大变化对一线救护工作提出了更高的要求。笔者通过分析发现一线伤员救护体系存在组织指挥体系尚不健全,卫生勤务信息化建设水平不高,卫勤分队救护机动能力较弱,救护所编成和救护能力培训与战时卫勤保障要求不相适应等问题。提出优化一线伤员救护组织指挥体系,加快野战救护信息化研发与应用步伐,提升卫生机构救护行动的反应速度和机动性,提高全员野战救护水平等建议。

The main changes of modern warfare in patterns of war and mechanism of injury require high for firstline rescue work. There are some problems such as incomplete commanding organization system, the lower informational construction level of health service, the weak motor rescue ability of medical service corps, the unbefitting organization of medical aid station and rescue ability training for wartime medical support. By optimizing the first-line wounded rescue commanding organization system, quickening the research and application in field rescue informationization and accelera- ting the reaction speed and mobility of health care institutions, the field rescue level of staff will be promoted.
