现今中国日益加大的社会贫富差距无疑是不合理的分配制度长期运行的结果。要实现社会分配公平,必须对现行的分配制度和规则进行全面检讨,并在此基础上运用各种法律制度资源,构建真正体现社会公平的分配制度体系。

The ever increasing excessive wealth inequality in China is undoubtedly contributed to long operation of an unjust distribution system.To distribute social wealth fairly,the existing regime and principles must be improved based on which a system that can truly realize just wealth distribution should be reconstructed with all legal resources available.
