摘要
使用非竞争型投入产出法,构建了工业CO2排放的最终需求结构分解模型,对2010年中国工业三个层次24个行业的CO2排放进行了诱发机制分析和最终需求结构分解。结果表明:CO2排放的诱因依次是建筑业和部分工业行业的固定资产投资、工业产品的出口以及最终消费;工业内部CO2排放的最终需求结构呈现出明显差异。提出需求模式调整是实现低碳发展的战略方向之一,指出了低碳需求模式调整的重点和需要关注的行业。
This paper builds a model of final demand structure decomposition of industrial CO2 emissions with the non - competitive input - output method, and makes an analysis on the inducing mechanism and final demand structure decomposition of CO2 emissions of China's 24 industries at three levels in 2010. The results suggest that the most significant contributor to China's industrial CO2 emissions is the fixed investments from the construction sector and some industrial sectors, the export of some industrial products and the final consumption. There is a distinct difference in the final de- mand structure of CO2 emissions within industries. We propose that the adjustment of demand mode should one of the strategic orientations for low - carbon development and we also offer some suggestions and proper measures for China's low -carbon demand mode adjustment.
