摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪 (ICP -AES)对白茶中的 6种微量元素进行了分析 ,发现其富含锰、锌 ,可能与其抗肿瘤活性有关。
The content of some trace elements was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The result showed that the White Tea contains abundant Mn and Zn which may result in its antitumor activity.
