羊水中锌铜铁锰钙的测定

Determination of Zinc, Cupper, Iron, Manganese and Calcium in the Amniotic Fluid

对６１例妊娠晚期（孕３４～４０周）孕妇羊水进行了微量元素锌、铜、铁、锰及常量元素钙的测定。测定结果依次为：锌０．９３８±０.６３１ ｍｇ／Ｌ，铜０．１７８±０．１５６ ｍｇ／Ｌ．，铁 １．４７±０．７０６ｍｇ／Ｌ，锰０．０４７±０．０１７ｍｇ／Ｌ，钙５６．４±２２．９ｍｇ／Ｌ，为羊水微量元素研究提供了参考。

To study the trace elements in the amniotic fluid, the comtent of trace elements (Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn) and common element (Ca) in the amniotic fluid of 61 puerpera upper pregnancy was determined. The results showed Zn 0.938±0.631 mg/L, Cu 0.178±0. 156mg/L, Fe 1.471±0.706mg/ L, Mn 0.047±0.017 mg/L and Ca 56.4±22.9mg/L. It can provide the reference for the study of the trace elements in the amniotic fluid.
