A Study of Shaanxi Province Regional Integration and Information Resources Management

依据信息学的理论方法,从信息资源的组织与管理、信息服务理念出发,顺应我国区域一体化及信息化社会建设要求,利用陕西省各学会的社团组织优势,在其牵头组织下,融合公共图书馆、教育、科技系统文献信息资源及成熟的服务系统,建立管理制度,统一技术规范,进行人员培训,完善服务机制,为我省社会发展提供文献信息服务。

Based on the theoretical information approaches,the organization and management of information resources,the service concept of information,the requirements of complying with our regional integration and building of the information society,the paper discussed the way to take the advantages of Shaanxi societies and organizations,and the way to integrate public libraries,education,information resources of science and technology with mature service system,so as to establish a better management system to unify technical specifications,personnel training,and improve service mechanism for the province＇s social development and its literature information services.
