Study on Cultivating Geological Talent Based on Integration of Industry-University-Research Institute

为了研究"产学研"合作教育培养卓越地质工程人才的必要性及其模式,以河南理工大学资源环境学院地质工程专业为例,进行了"产学研"合作教育培养卓越地质人才的模式探讨,实践证明"产学研"合作教育对培养卓越地质工程人才具有显著的优势,有益于学校、企业、科研结构互惠互利、优势互补、资源共享。

In order to investigate the necessity and models of the Industry-University-Research Institute（IUR） in the students＇ cultivation of Geological engineering specialty,the paper takes the Institute of Resources Environment of Henan Polytechnic University as an example,discusses the models of cultivating geological talent based on IUR.Practice shows that IUR has obvious advantage to cultivate geological talent and benefit to Industry,University,Research Institute on Cooperation,complementary advantages and resources sharing.
