摘要
商务谈判是高等院校市场营销专业的一门核心课程,也是一门实践性很强的课程,对培养学生掌握谈判所需的方法和技巧,运用谈判策略,塑造学生良好的合作精神和谈判的综合能力有着十分重要的作用。文章根据作者在《商务谈判》课程教学过程中的体会和思考,分析市场营销专业毕业生不能与市场需求完美接轨的原因,提出强化实训教学环节,在教学内容、教学模式、教学方法和考试考核等方面进行改革,为培养更优秀、更符合时代要求的人才进行有益的探索。
Business negotiation not only is a core curriculum of marketing professional in higher education,but also a very practical course for students to grasp negotiation the methods,skills and strategies.Shaping students' good spirit of cooperation and negotiation ability plays a very important role.According to the teaching experience and reflection in the courses,the author analyzed the reasons that marketing graduates can not conform with market demand and suggested that strengthening the practice reform of teaching content,teaching mode,teaching methods and examination is significant cultivate more excellent,more time-needed personnel.
