本科导师制的国际经验研究

On International Experience of Tutorial System

本科导师制起源于几百年前牛津大学、剑桥大学的教学实践,其显著的效果使其迅速扩展到其他国家与地区。在我国,对于起步较晚的适应于大众化教育的本科导师制而言,国际经验及成功做法很值得去研究。文章探究了本科导师制的起源及发展,同时总结了一些大学的典型经验;在此基础上,提出了我国在发展本科导师制应该注意的事项。

The tutorial system which originated in Oxford and Cambridge hundreds of years ago,has quickly spread to other countries or regions because of its outstanding effects.In China,for the tutorial system that started late in terms of popular education,international experience and successful practice should be studied.The origins and development of tutorial system is studied;some of the typical college experience is summarized.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward according to the development of tutorial system in our country.
