摘要
采用日立180/80原子吸收光谱仪、WYD-2型氢化物原子荧光光谱仪测定了传统藏药牦牛角中的Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Co、Se、As、Hg、Pb、Cd等10种微量元素含量。结果表明,由于牦牛生活在青藏高原这一独特生境条件下,其角含有丰富的微量元素。
Ten trace elements Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Co, Se, As, Hg, Ph, Cd were determined in Tibetan medicine Yak's horn by used 180/80 AAS atomic absorb instrument and HYD-2 hydride generation non-dispersive atomic fluorescence spetrometric instrument. The results showed there were abundant amounts of trace elements which are necessary for humans in Tibetan medicine Yak's horn.
