摘要
为测量非圆车削的切削力 ,针对最小相位及非最小相位受控系统 ,分别提出了相应算法 ,根据系统输出位置信号及输入的控制力信号 ,辨识出切削力信息。不使用测力传感器 ,从而消除了附加测力传感器所产生的不利因素。实验结果表明 ,该方法可以有效地提取非圆车削加工中各种不同状态时的切削力信息 。
System output displacement signals and input control forces were used in two algorithms developed for minimum and non minimum phase systems to measure the cutting force. Force sensors were not used, so the disadvantages of installing a force sensor could be eliminated. Experimental results indicate that this method provides cutting force information for different cutting conditions during noncircular turning. The method provides a new way to investigate the characteristics of noncircular turning.
