肉品工艺学精品课程建设实践与成效

摘要 从省级精品课程肉品工艺学建设的实践出发,以改进教学体系、优化和充实教学队伍、革新教学方法和教学手段、创新实践教学为建设目标,实施了系列课程建设方案并取得了显著成效,促进肉品工艺学课程教学质量的提高。 Base on the construction and practice of the course of technology of meat products, aim to improve the teaching system, optimize and enrich the teaching team, teaching method and teaching means, innovate the practice teaching, a series of curriculum construction scheme were implemented, and the remarkable achievements were obtained. The teaching quality of the course of technology of meat products was effectively improved.
