基于Linux系统交换机的进程升级研究

Research on Switch Version Process Upgrade Based on Linux System

业务不中断升级系统是一种可持续运行网络,很好的解决了因软件升级带来网络系统中断的难题。该文提出业务不中断升级系统中的一种实用高效的软件升级方式:进程升级。实验表明,通过这种升级方式可以使交换机在版本升级中,系统可以快速恢复正常运行,不会对正在运行的业务中断,可以很好保证业务的正常运行,提高网络设备的可用性。

In-service software upgrade（ISSU） is a kind of sustainable operation network,it is a good solution for software upgrades bring network system interrupt problem.This paper presents the ISSU system in a practical and efficient software upgrade methods： incremental upgrade.Experimental results show that,by this way can make the switch in the upgrade version upgrades,system can be quickly restored to normal operation,does not interrupt running business,can well ensure the normal operation of the network business,and improve equipment availability.
