摘要
该文针对目前工业蓄电池充电器不能回收电动机负载制动能量、及不能预测对蓄电池剩余电量的问题,设计了一种可回收电机制动能量的新型双向充电控制器,该控制器通过判断母线电压来选择相应的充电方向。充电控制采用电压环为外环电流环为内环的双闭环系统,可有效地防止过充欠充且具有较快的充电速度,还介绍了一种改进型剩余电量在线预测算法,仿真验证了该方案的可行性。最后给出了以嵌入式微控制器为核心的技术实现方案。
Industrial battery generally can not recover braking energy and predict residual capacity correctly,so a new type of bidirectional charge controller is proposed.The charge direction is based on the bus voltage and the charge process uses a double-loop control system with the voltage loop working for the outer ring and the current loop for the inner ring,which can prevent overcharge and lesscharge.Simulation had verified the feasibility of the program.The paper also introduces an improved algorithm to predict the residual capacity online.Finally,technology implementation with embedded microcontroller as the core is given.
