With unexpected emergencies,the study of the law of emergency management has become a significant field of our government＇s management and harmonious social construction at present.This article introduces the background of the law of emergency management and analyzes its existing problems.Finally,some suggests are put forward.Meanwhile,it＇s also important to pay attention to the research and creation of foundation theories of emergency management,thus to promote the standardization and development of our country＇s emergency management in the prosperous society.
