复杂视域下承诺式教学关系探究

The Exploration of Promised Teaching Relation in Complex Perspective

复杂而脆弱的教学关系在教育实施中扮演着至关重要的角色,基于复杂视域对教育现实及教学系统的体认和研判,认为教学关系已经到了不得不进行修缮和优化的阶段,而承诺式教学关系有助于恢复和建构教学系统的生态环境。时代和教育都在呼唤良性的教学关系,本文论述了构建承诺式教学关系的态度、方法和思路,指出承诺式教学关系应该是所有良性教学关系中最简单、最易实现的一种教学关系。

The teaching relation of complex and fragile plays an extremely important role in education implementation.Based on the complex perspective,the education reality and teaching system are recognized and judged.It has come to the phase of repair and optimization,and the promised teaching relation is conduced to restore and construct ecological environment of the teaching system.Age and education are calling out for benign teaching relation.This paper discusses the attitude,method and idea of building promised teaching relation.It is pointed out that promised teaching relation should be the simplest,easiest one in benign teaching relation.
