摘要
我国前后共开发了五代中小型低压交流电机及其派生产品,虽然效率水平不断提高,但是由于电机系统节能不仅与电机本身效率的提高有关,还与电机及负载特性的匹配、速度调节控制模式等密切相关。在电机系统节能改造中,如果仅采用高效电机进行简单替换,或者是将原电机系统加装变频器等控制装置进行简易维护,很可能造成节能效果不理想。将一些电机系统节能改造中经常出现的典型误区进行分析,提出了更好的解决方案。
AC motor and its derived products which was and medium and small-size low-voltage for the fifth generation were developed in our country, although the efficiency had improved continuously, but the motor system energy saving was not only related with the improved motor efficiency, but also closely related to the match of motor and load characteristics, and the control mode in the speed regulator. In the motor energy-saving system, if only high- efficiency motor simple substitution or the original motor system such as the installation of the inverter control equipment for easy maintenance was likely to cause unsatisfactory results of the energy saving. Analyzed typical misunderstanding which was often appear in the motor system energy-saving, and proposed a better solution.
