在体长骨声振动特性分析

摘要 对叩击声在骨中的振动互谱特性进行了分析与研究 .研究结果表明 :健康人左右肢振动的互谱主频基本相同 ,其互谱主频峰值一般为 132~ 14 5Hz .骨折后高频成份减弱 ,骨折程度愈严重 ,互谱主频越低 ,随着骨折的愈合 ,骨折肢和正常肢振动的互谱主频偏差逐渐减小 .通过比较骨折肢和正常肢的互谱主频 ,可判断、评价骨折的愈合程度 .它为无损、量化。 In this paper, the acoustic cross_power spectrum properties of the fracture bone in tapping vibration is analyzed and studied . The peak frequencies of acoustic cross_power spectrum of left and right limbs of healthy man is the same, and the frequency range is from 132 to 145 Hz. The high frequency response is reduced after fracture. The more serious grosser the bone fracture, the smaller the peak frequency of cross_power spectrum. Variation of peak frequencies between normal and fracture limb decreases with fracture healing. Making a comparison of the peak frequency of the normal and fracture limb may assess the fracture healing and provide an important approach for noninvasive, quantitative and objective assessment fracture healing.
