摘要 喷油器是内燃机燃油系统的重要组成部分,喷油器的磨损直接影响发动机的性能。本文对磨损喷油器的喷油量、喷油一致性、喷油持续时间及延迟等性能在EFS试验台检测,通过与新喷油器相应特性的对比分析,得出磨损喷油器的喷油性能变化规律,提出可通过油量修正来延长喷油器使用寿命的方法。 Fuel injector is an important part of the fuel system. The abrasion of the injector di- rectly affect the performance of engine. This thesis have done the detection, focus on the performance of wearing injector, such as the quantity of fuel injection, the consistency of injection, the duration of injection , the delay time of injection and so on. Compared with the performance of the new injec- tor, acquired the variation of the wearing injector's performance. Present the idea that it is possible to extend the service life of the fuel injector by correct the quantity of fuel injection.
