摘要
曲轴是柴油机中关键的零件之一,对其各项参数要求都比较严格。曲轴的相位角作为影响柴油机燃烧性能的主要因素,也是不例外的,精确检测相位角也就降低了柴油机发生质量问题的几率,特别是9250型柴油机代表的单缸曲轴,检测异常复杂,并且检测准确性非常不理想,本文提出将单缸曲轴分解成两部分,每一部分单独检测,然后通过计算进行数据叠加,最终检测出非常准确的相位角数值,此方法通过在实际工作中的应用,充分反映出操作简单、准确性高的特点。
Engine crankshaft is one of the critical components so its parameters are specified strictly. As one of the main factors, crankshaft angle may have important effect on engine combus- tion. A precise measurement to the crankshaft angle may prevent the diesel engine from being dam- aged. It is very complex to measure preciously the crankshaft angle of the single cylinder engine . The paper proposes that the crankshaft may be divided into two parts. Each part may be measured independently. The measured results of two parts are overlapped to obtain a precious value of the crankshaft angle. The practices show that this method is easy and effective.
