挖泥船16V240ZC型机组隔振器安装设计

摘要 绞吸式挖泥船要求电轴机组满足船舶倾斜摇摆的要求,即当船舶纵倾5°、横倾15°、纵摇7.5°、横摇22.5°时,电轴机组都能正常运转。电轴机组由发电机、公共底座、高弹性联轴器、柴油机组成。电轴机组直接刚性焊接在船舱底板上,由此产生很多弊端。本文提出在两者之间采用隔振器连接,选用隔振器时应考虑到电轴机组的机构尺寸、承载能力、隔振效果等因素,隔振器安装在公共底座和船舱底板之间。通过隔振计算来确定隔振器型号和其布置形式。以保证机组在满足船上工作环境要求的同时,能更好的稳定运行。 The electric shaft generator set used in the cutter suction dredger needs to meet the working situation that boats incline or swing during operating. When the boat inclines longitudinally 5 °, 15 ° transversely, or roll longitudinally 7.5°, or transversely 22.5 °, the generator set should operate normally. The generator set consists of a common base, a high elastic coupling and a diesel engine and is welded directly in the cabin floor. In such case, many problems might happen. In this paper, the isolator is used to connect each two parts. Selection of vibration should be considered these factors like generator set size, capacity, isolation effect factors and others. The isolator is mounted between the common base and the cabin floor . The vibration model and its layout depends on the vibration calculation. The isolator ensures that the generator set meets the working require- ments and operates stably.
