摘要
采用设计校核、理化分析以及宏、微观断口分析等手段对断裂的12.9级发动机缸盖螺栓进行分析。结果表明:缸盖螺栓断裂的主要原因是氢脆延迟断裂而造成的,并提出了改进与预防措施。
through design check analysis, physical and chemical analysis, macrograph and mi- croscopic fracture analysis to 12.9 class cylinder head bolt. The main reason of this fracture was pickle brittleness delayed fracture, precautionary measures were found in this paper
