摘要
人才 ,是经济社会活动诸多要素中最主要、最活跃的要素 ,结构合理的人才队伍才有可能产生高的效率和效益 .本文应用灰关联度分析方法 ,以通信产业人才队伍为例进行分析 .
Among the various factors in social economic activities,human resource has always been the most important and active one.Properly structured human resource is essential to high efficiency and profit.By case studies on the human resource of Communication Industry,Grey Correlation Coefficient Analysis were put forward in this article as an evaluation method for determining the rational structure of human resource.
