西部民族地区农村党员老龄化问题研究——以临夏回族自治州Y镇为例

Research on Rural Members of Chinese Communist Party’s Aging Problem in Chinese Western Ethnic Areas——Taking Y Town of Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture as Example

党员老龄化程度趋高是目前西部民族地区农村党组织建设面临的突出问题,严重影响了该地区党员队伍的可持续发展和党组织作用的发挥。其形成原因既有社会转型的外部作用,更有自身建设的内在不足。面对党员老龄化的挑战,我们应从西部民族地区农村实际出发,一方面要从外部加大投入支持力度;另一方面要与时俱进转变观念,完善体制机制,创新工作方法,依靠广大群众不断推进西部民族地区农村党组织自身建设。

Chinese Communist Party members＇ aging increasing degree is the outstanding problem facing the rural party organiza- tion construction in Chinese western Ethnic Area. At present, what is seriously affecting the organization＇s sustainable development and playing roles in this area？ The causes include external effect of social transformation and internal self-construction deficiency. Respond- ing to the challenges of members＇ aging, the Party organization should proceed the Party organization construction from reality of the western ethnic countryside. On the one hand, we should increase external support. On the other hand, we should keep up with times, perfect systems and mechanisms, innovative working methods and rely on the masses to promote continuously the Party organization＇s self-building in western Ethnic Area.
