需求导向下的公共管理类本科专业人才培养模式创新是一项全新的教育教学改革工程,既需要课程体系的重大调整,更需要相关教学管理制度的重大改革。为此,应从社会需求导向出发,从开发潜能、提高兴趣,加强实践,促进学生全面发展入手,切实加强以教学常规管理改革为核心的各项管理制度建设。

The innovation of talents＇ training model of demand-driven Public Administration Majors is a brand new major of teaching and educating, and it needs not only a great adjustment of the curriculum systems, but also a significant reform of the teaching management system. This thesis holds that reforms and constructions of Management Systems whose core is the regular management sys- tems of teaching should be strengthened by from the society-oriented needs, and inspiring potentials, promoting interests, strengthening practice and promoting round-development of students.
